Liebe Kunden, Partner und Freunde

Von heute auf morgen befinden wir uns in einer uns völlig unbekannten Situation. Unser vorheriges Unterwegs-Sein ist zu einem plötzlichen Halt gekommen und das neue Corona Virus lässt uns keine andere Wahl, als unseren gewohnten Alltag auf unbestimmte Zeit neu zu strukturieren. Alltag war gestern und überall auf der Welt werden wir nun dazu angehalten, herunterzufahren, Zuhause zu bleiben und soziale Verzichte zu leisten. Wir müssen lernen, mit Fragen und Dissonanzen zu leben – was für alle von uns nicht nur einfach ist. Fakt ist, wir befinden uns in einer Krise. Wir sind außerhalb unserer Komfortzone, außerhalb des uns Bekannten – und genau da ist Wachstum möglich.

Wie wir die Welt erleben, hat bekanntlich wenig mit den Ereignissen im Außen zu tun, sondern vielmehr damit, wie wir diese interpretieren. Es ist uns wichtig, die aktuellen Verzichte nicht nur als Verluste zu sehen. Sie können auch neue Möglichkeiten eröffnen. So werden wir „me-time“ wieder mehr zu schätzen wissen und feststellen, dass durch die physische Distanz Begegnungen vielleicht qualitativer und bewusster gestaltet werden – ganz im Sinne von „Distanz schafft Nähe“. Oder wir werden unseren Fokus wieder mehr auf das Zuhause, die Familien und Freunde richten und merken, wie unglaublich wichtig uns unsere Liebsten sind, die uns während dieser Krise begleiten. Wir werden jetzt mehr denn je angehalten sein, uns auf das Beeinflussbare zu fokussieren, um nicht der Ohnmacht zu verfallen. Es liegt an uns, Eigenverantwortung zu übernehmen und unseren Fokus auf das Positive und Konstruktive auszurichten.

Wie sich die Welt nach SARS-CoV-2 verändert und wieder neu zusammenfügt, wissen wir nicht. Wir sind aber davon überzeugt, dass wir das Morgen mitgestalten und die aktuelle Krise als Chance nutzen können.
