In my long career, I've enjoyed a lot of success, but I've also experienced some failures. I've learned a lot from these failures, including how to pick myself up and change my perspective.
I strongly believe that businesses and their leaders should focus more on the psychological side of transformation. I think this will have a huge impact on value creation.

In a nutshell
- I'm lucky to have a fantastic wife and three wonderful children who have been with me through thick and thin, giving me support and keeping me grounded.
- I exercise regularly because, as a former competitive athlete, I still really enjoy it and because my doctor has assured me that building muscle is the best prevention against dementia in old age.
- It's also great for helping to keep the weight off, because I love to eat (and unfortunately also chocolate)!
