Leon Köchel
Consultant
Masterstudent in Psychologie, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin
I really enjoy to focus on a high level of employee satisfaction and to combine this with the company's goals. It is important to me to develop a sustainably successful path that enables the company to continue their work as independently as possible. In order for this to succeed, I believe it is pivotal to include all stakeholders in the process. I approach people with my cordial demeanor and at the same time like to take on a challenging perspective.

In a nutshell
- I am fascinated by the uniqueness of people and their interaction with their environment. This curiosity has been fueled by various, longer experiences abroad and has encouraged me to choose the path as a psychologist.
- I draw great energy from sport, nature, interesting and spontaneous encounters with people, deep conversations and a sense of connection. I often achieve this connection when playing music together, dancing or when someone radiates enthusiasm for a particular topic.
- One societal challenge that concerns me a lot is climate change.
